American Classified Services, Inc. pays 5% commissions for all regularly priced advertising orders either online or via fax. Prices can be viewed online at any time.  Commissions will be paid on all future orders from the referrals as long as they are active advertisers.

 

ACS, Inc. does not pay affiliates commissions on their own ads, only true referrals. Affiliates will not receive commissions on orders from clients that are already actively advertising with American Classified Services, Inc. An active account is any account that has ordered within the last 6 months. Commissions are not paid on sales generated from referral accounts that fall out of good standing.  Orders placed using gift vouchers are not commissionable.  Commissions for a referred account can only be paid to one affiliate and that is the original affiliate who referred the account to our business.

Commission checks are only cut by the 20th of the month to affiliates that provide us with a valid Tax ID or SSN for reporting purposes. You are requested this information upon registration. If you fail to complete this information, commission checks may be forfeited until tax reporting information is provided as we are legally obligated to report this data to the IRS.  

 

Commissions are paid via check unless otherwise stipulated on your account.  Other options are via PayPal or with in advertising credits.  Affiliates that prefer to receive advertising credits will be issued a credit memo to their advertising account with us.
